This wedding was a year and a day ago. It was the day before easter and I met Michael and Steven at their apartment in Long Island City. We walked through Gantry Plaza, slipped by a few eater bunnies, took the ferry to Greenpoint, and grabbed a slice of pizza on our walk to the Wythe hotel, where their ceremony and reception were being held. Together since college, this wedding was filled with so much joy. One of my favorite moment was after the cocktail hour hearing Michael and Steven say, “if we knew everyone was going to be this nice to us on our wedding day, we would have done this sooner.” Much love to these two on their first anniversary.
